The Diagnostic Tech/Occupational Health Tech at Riverside Healthcare in Kankakee, Illinois, is responsible for performing diagnostic radiographic procedures and providing essential support in occupational health services. This role requires the application of ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes and the ability to perform a variety of diagnostic imaging techniques to produce accurate images for interpretation by a Radiologist. The individual will also assist with patient care, including processing patients for injury treatment, physical assessments, and conducting ancillary screenings as required by occupational health protocols. This position operates under indirect supervision and requires a strong focus on teamwork and patient satisfaction. Demonstrates flexibility with assignments within professional scope/duties/licensure.
