The Application Coordinator Epic Contract Management is responsible for the loading, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all payor contracts for Riverside Healthcare's various lines of business, including Hospital, Medical Group, and Home Health. This role ensures the timely and accurate posting of contractual adjustments, manages contract build deficiencies, and updates outstanding items weekly. The coordinator collaborates with the Managed Care office for contract interpretation and holds primary responsibility for the design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of the Epic contract management applications. The position requires deep knowledge of software functionality and the revenue cycle workflows to be implemented in Epic.

Describe and explain the lifting and carrying requirements. Horizontal movement of patients to and from carts/beds who are unable to move independently is done with assistive lifting equipment. Lifting equipment - carry 25'- 150' waist high (IV bags, patient trays, charts). Filled laundry bags are filled half full so as not to weigh over 35#. Carry fire extinguishers up/down 3-4 flights of stairs and several yards in emergency.
