The Staff Accountant plays a key role in supporting the financial operations of Riverside Healthcare by preparing both single-entity and consolidated financial statements for internal and external stakeholders. This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the general ledger through detailed analysis, account reconciliation, and the preparation of journal and accrual entries. The Staff Accountant will also provide accounting support to various departments across the organization.
Additional responsibilities include assisting with the annual independent audit, compiling documentation for regulatory compliance, and contributing to the preparation of annual budget schedules. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Demonstrates flexibility with assignments within professional scope/duties/licensure.
