The Outpatient Pharmacy Services Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational oversight, and clinical coordination of ambulatory pharmacy services, specialty pharmacy programs, and outpatient infusion pharmacy services. This role ensures high-quality, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of pharmaceutical care across diverse outpatient settings. The manager leads interdisciplinary collaboration, oversees staff performance, supports expansion efforts, and drives patient-centered outcomes through clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
