Preferred Experience
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and patient safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire nursing teams.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Licensure/Education
- Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- A minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
Preferred Education
- Masters degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications in nursing leadership or administration are a plus.
