The Housekeeping Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the hospital are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and infection control. This role supervises the work activities of the Housekeeping personnel to effectively and efficiently maintain an acceptable level of cleanliness and improve aesthetic environment for Riverside HealthCare. This role involves supervising staff, managing schedules and timesheets, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, and addressing any issues that arise. The Housekeeping Supervisor also plays a key role in training and developing team members and supporting the overall effectiveness of the housekeeping department.
