The Director is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the Assisted Living and Memory Care programs at the Bourbonnais Grove location. The Director will enhance and implement best-practice programs for residents living with dementia and related conditions, while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with all regulatory requirements. The Director will drive program innovation, foster a culture of person-centered care, and ensure quality and financial performance while leading the management team in alignment with the mission, values, and strategic goals of Riverside Healthcare and Riverside Senior Life Communities. This role combines clinical insight with business acumen to deliver exceptional resident experiences and operational excellence.
