Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare scheduling or administrative role.
Preferred Experience
- Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information. Flexibility to adjust hours based on staffing needs may be required.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and systems, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Experience in a clinical setting is strongly preferred.
Required Licensure/Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Education
- Certifications in healthcare administration or related fields are a plus.
- Associates degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred.
